Getting started at Heather's Child's Place is simple. There are no annual contracts — we know that each day you will see the value of sending your child to us.
How to Enroll
- Visit our center — Tour our classrooms, meet our staff and speak with our parents.
- Complete the application — Download and fill out the application form below.
- Complete the medical form — Have your child's physician complete the medical form.
- Return your forms — Bring the completed forms to our office to finalize enrollment.

No annual contracts. We know that each day you will see the value of sending your child to Heather's Child's Place: you will see the caring environment and you will see the honest and open-door policy that we have.
We are always open to constructive criticism and seek to hear from you suggestions on how we can better meet your child's individual needs.
We promise to keep our childcare center at the highest level and to protect, educate and inspire your child each day with new and exciting activities.
Tuition & Special Programs
Special programs are included in the tuition, and we feel strongly that no child should be excluded due to the parent's financial means.
